Hello, I'm Jenny 👋 I'm growing a boutique video + photo co. Wondergold Pictures with intention. I'm a creative turned business owner, a director/producer, and a multi-disciplinary artist with a love for film photography.

I document life through many mediums, but most often with a camera. Stories come to me occasionally in words through creative non-fiction writing, or moments distilled in on paper, in pen and ink or watercolor. I’m experimenting again after years in the digital world.

The through-line for my professional and artistic work is a documentary-approach, rooted by perspective and presence to the world around me.

As a queer, neurodivergent, perfectionist, I have a deep curiosity and the keen ability to distill and communicate complex ideas through engaging visuals. My work with Wondergold Pictures is centered on developing elevated video and photo content for remarkable brands and businesses, as well as intentional organizations and movements.

My values are the core of my business and the way that I do the work that I do. This means personable client relations, strategic and intentional communication, good quality visuals, and standing up for ethical practices in the work we do. I'm an advocate for a more diverse, accessible, and sustainable production industry, at least in my little corner of the Midwest.

My solo-preneurship enables me to care for my wellbeing, while supporting and hiring a team of freelance creatives in the video production industry. 

With a background in documentary filmmaking, I take the authenticity and storytelling found in non-fiction videos and meld it with the style and intention of both film and tv advertising. 🎬
